It was mostly Itachi and Hashirama that changed him. Naruto did not do much and Sasuke being bad at the end was only a dumb excuse so they could fight.

It's like 95% thanks to Nardo as Sasuke took what Itachi did and twisted its meaning which basically made him want to be a bad guy whom the villages could forever work against for "peace". No he didn't, Sasuke became who became based on his own merits; he also independently sought redemption on his own and in his own way. If anything people like Naruto/Itachi influanced Sasuke to become what he is in the manga today or influenced the change he made.

If Sasuke had killed Naruto he'd be Madz 2.0, I don't know why it kills ppl to give credit where credit is due, but sasuke before the TNJ is not the same guy as after. He was going to kill all the kage's and remain a villain lurking tn the shadows till Naruto talked some sense into him. Without that talk sasuke would be nothing like he is today, not even remotely close.
