I believe its earth and wind. Then uses insane amounts of chakra to harden the sand when that needs to be done. But without shukaku anymore he wont be as powerful, still a skilled ninja but not what he was before.

to be honest i think it is earth chakra but i am not real sure but it is a wild guess
