Well considering what he did to 4 tailed naruto and through the whole fight he had a sickly body and was trolling/laughing whole time

Also remember when he came out of sasuke (when he was fighting itachi) he did hydra transformation and started man handling itachi's Susanno I have no doubt tht if itachi didn't have tht sword or that orochimaru knew he had it itachi would've lost and sasuke would be oro's new vessel
And then there's the sword of kansanji (can't spell) thts def effective cut through anything (save kurama) and extend and retract at eye blinking speed
Then there's the final form tht poisen is deadly to anybody
Not to mention all the other snake summons
But with tht aside my point is he's capable soloing a junjurchi
And man handling Susanno's and thts without ninjutsu 0.0

Also orochimaru has just been reborn who knows his body might be fine (at least tht he doesn't need to go off to find new vessel cuz his body is new) maybe even his hands to work idk

But yeah orochimaru even without hands is ****ing powerful

Theoretically, he could use his arms considering he partitioned his soul into Anko's curse seal prior to falling victim to Reaper Death Seal.

Oro regained the use of his hands a long time ago, when he switched bodies, and as far as we know his strength returned to normal. We've seen him use ninjutsu since then, like summoning his triple gates. However his strength was descreaed by the time Sasuke killed him, as his new body was dying, and he needed to changeover. That is not to say Sasuke isn't stronger than him, indeed quite a few guys running around these days are stronger than him, but he's not crippled anymore (that we know of), and still ranks somewhere in the top half dozen or so living ninja (and top dozen overall that we know of).

I'm guessing that he has learnt how to contact his old arms that were sealed, and can use this to speak to/summon the old hokage who are trapped there (or at least the 3 who he has dna from). That would indeed tip the balance of the war, plus allow us to get some useful backstory.
