Oro doesn't have multiple 3xrashoumons
multiple bijuudama = Oro's death
also both BM Naruto and Bee are faster than the 4TK so they could most likely hit Oro

First, You would have to make sure all connections to him are gone - i.e. curse marks, skin cells, etc.
And Secondly, When you fight him, use attacks that would obliterate any trace of him - Onoiki's dust jutsu or maybe a well timed Amaterasu should do the trick .

I believe orochi thought of many ways to keep his essence alive in multiple locations he is a genuis and seeing as though his reason for being is to live forever and master all jursu I think he has multiple fail safes. So only option is to seal him or hidan his as$ lol
