What can kill Oro?

I was talking to my friend about Oro. I said that one of the only ways to kill Oro is via genjutsu or sealing. He tries to tell me that if, for example, A was fast enough and Lariat'd his head off, he would not be able to regenerate or puke himself out again. I told him he was wrong, but decided to ask you guys. Who is right and what is the way to kill Oro?

What is scary about Oro is that he can't possibly die!? Why? bcuz he built a whole village 2 make sure that never happen !
Therefore, Oro is the proper final villain !at least in my opinion!
