What can harm karuma?

Some may say AMA as it burn all, I don't think it will, the sword of kusanagi was meant to be able to cut all things yet it could not piece the v4 cloak.

It did hurt the hachibi yes, but minato was able to hurt the hachibi, as was the third Raikage.

So can we have not seen anything pierce karuma ( excluding seals and genjutsu).

Amaterasu would probably be the only thing that can harm Kurama... but I doubt it would kill him.

Edit: Not even Naruto's Rasenshuriken was able to kill him.
