[Question] What can banned members do?

I was wondering, what can banned members do on the forum? Because everytime I go on a banned person's profile that is online, their current activity is always ''Viewing Index NarutoBase Forums''. Is that the only thing they can do or can they do other things?

They can read manga and watch anime but they don't have access to make threads and they can't communicate with members
And they don't have any access to view threads unless they visit the site as visitors ..
