Luffy's can't be 580m that's way to high though. Jinbei even said it's hard getting your bounty up after the 300m mark. Even if he did form an alliance with Law and claim fishman island his territory that still isn't enough to exceed even 500m. Plus that wouldn't even make sense since we have a strong 10 years to ago and him reaching half a billion + bounty is to fast considering we got 10 years to go.

Not really considering Luffy WILL have a bounty over 1 Billion Berry.

I do like the joke of Chopper having a low bounty because of how "cute" he looks in reindeer form but strength wie I would say he's stronger than Brook but not Robin. Although Robin is mainly useful against humans where Chopper Monster can handle big enemies easier but Robin is more deadly against hordes of human enemies i.e. Marines. Robin would be above Franky again because of threat level to WG, the WG doesn't know much about Franky but if they found out he was Tom's disciple his bounty would raise. I think Franky is probably more versatile and stronger than Brook but I like Brook better so that's hard to say, Franky did study Vega Punks notes though and Vegapunk is the WG's evil scientist so if they found that out also I'd say that would again bump his bounty up Franky has potential to have a high bounty based on threat level because of Tom and Vegapunk knowledge.

I didn't say Chopper was stronger than Franky I said he was stronger than Brook. That post was mostly about how high Franky's bounty would be if the WG knew about all his secrets. I'm only on ep. 570-something in the anime so I haven't seen the attack you're talking about but Chopper monster is ridiculous it'd have to be a SUPER attack to one up Chopper Monster.

Luffy just owned Chinjao : a man with a bounty minimally at 500,000,000 that being said he could've fought harder. He will get a bounty superior to aces and Law will have one similar to Luffys if he doesn't get captured.
