It is very difficult to apply merely one aspect to some of the Akatsuki, as their backstory and personal life is encapsulated by several of these aspects. We can discuss our theories though

Agreed. I couldn't find a place to put her, it would most likely be revenge, but it wasn't up there. So I left her to the latter

This doesn't make much sense since the Akatsuki don't have that theme, and are paired up for different themes. They can represent multiple aspects. Such as Obito, who's more or less a fusion of emptiness and isolation. Regardless, here's a shot.

0.Sasuke(when he was a member)-rage. Everything about Sasuke at the time was rage.
1.Obito-isolation This was Obito's solution to his enormous pain. "you can fill this hole in your heart by yourself" Nuff said.
2.Orochimaru-time/aging He gets this as the ever aging immortal that outlasts everyone.
3.Itachi-sacrifice Everything he did revolved around it. In reality, Kisame could also fit into this category since he was forced to sacrifice as well.
4.Konan-emptiness Really, she just gets this because she's cold and emotionless with the exception of Nagato.
5. Nagato-despair He became Pain because he could see no way for peace
6. Sasori-destruction Giving him this since his human puppets revolve around death.
7. Hidan-intoxication His obsecion with death is more of an intoxication than sheer destruction.
8. Deidera-madness. Is there anything regarding Deidera that says sane?
9. Kakuzu-Greed (duh)

@Sennin of logic, you're right in a way, but the Akatsuki members definitely did have themse similar to the ones attributed to the Espada, which is why I asked this question.

Also, nobody had to align them with the exact same aspects of death as the Espada. The Akatsuki members have other themes/aspects in which they slide into nicely. Here's my response to this:

Pain/Nagato: Hatred/Resent
Obito Uchiha: Despair
Itachi Uchiha: Sacrifice
Kisame Hoshigaki: Betrayal
Orochimaru: Failure
Sasori: Emptiness
Deidara: Destruction
Kakuzu: Greed
Konan: Heartbreak
Hidan: Insanity

I don't really count Taka as part of the Akatsuki, but I'd put Sasuke down with rage or vengeance.

Some akatsuki don't really fit, and some fit in multiple places. Then again, Zommari didn't fit either, so Intoxication is a wild card.
