Personally, as much as I hate SasuSaku and Sasuke's complete 180 degrees change in character, I find this scene pretty touching. Here we see Sasuke poking Sakura's large forehead, something she once hated and tried to hide (she was bullied because of it during her early childhood years). Sasuke is poking Sakura in the same way his brother, Itachi, did to him. We all know how much Itachi love Sasuke, so for Sasuke to do the same thing to Sakura shows he has accepted her character.

Exactly that. Sasuke tried to kill Sakura on multiple occasions. He verbally assaulted her countless times and he literally said he has no reason to like her. Now, he's a goodie-goodie boy who likes and appreciates her character.
