[Discussion] What are your thoughts on future celebrity candidates

In my lifetime so far I've personally lived under two celebrity politicans the first being for me is arnold schwarzenegger I was a teenager at the time he was governor and tbh I have no idea how he did since I never cared or seeked out to know what they were doing. I've only partially been paying attention to what president Obama is doing and that's just because I readily see media coverage on the president more. Even though on a ground level a guy like Arnold would affect my day to day more than a president would.

Now we have the celebrity apprentice as president do you think this will start a precedent where more celebrities run for political positions and win. Since trump will make a perfect case study for future campaign teams.

Also you think we will see kill bots from the future.

This is really nothing new to be honest. Ronald Reagan, a former actor, was already president from 1981 to 1989 and he is considered as being one of the most popular presidents America ever had and during each presidential election there's always some nut job celebrity that participates 'seriously'. Most of the time though they don't amount to much. Celebrities however that aspire political careers are very common on any level in any country.

So Trump is really not a precedent in regards to the aspect that he's a celebrity.
