I personally hate the.concept of destiny and fate for four reasons.
1. If everything or every important thing you do is predetermined, then there is no true point in living.
2. If I fail, that means I was chosen to fail, that something CAUSED me to fail other than myself.
3. If I succeed, then what? Do I owe my success to some force? Did I have nothing to do with it?
4. If one's success or failure is chosen, then why do some deserve being chosen and others don't? If I was chosen to succeed and you were chosen to fail, where is the justice in that? Why couldn't it be vice versa?
So, in a nutshell, I hate destiny because it takes out the control we have over our own lives.
