I don't think I have one favorite above all others, but I'll list out which ones I think are some of the greatest games I've ever played. xD

Shadow of the Colossus - epic-scale boss fights! Plus the ending was awesome.
ICO - Speaks for itself, really. xD
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - whilst not a typical Castlevania game, I think this reboot was done extremely well.
Metal Gear Solid 1-4 - amazing storyline, great gameplay, what's not to like?
Devil May Cry 3 - best of the series, imo. Vergil is a boss too.
Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja 5 - again, this was the best game in the Ultimate Ninja series for me. UN3 comes close, though.

It was the shit.Especially on PCSX 2 where i could disable the support character button.
Even though it was a simple button mash they somehow turned the games into an even more mindlessly easy button mashing game with the next gen games.Also the camera angle and fluidity of the characters in the ninja storm series is just awful.To me anyways.You don't even feel like your moving anything and they all fight the same.
