Mine are AC 3 COD BLACK OPS 2 naruto ultimate ninja storm and naruto shippuden ultimate ninja storm 3.

I don't think I have one favorite above all others, but I'll list out which ones I think are some of the greatest games I've ever played. xD

Shadow of the Colossus - epic-scale boss fights! Plus the ending was awesome.
ICO - Speaks for itself, really. xD
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - whilst not a typical Castlevania game, I think this reboot was done extremely well.
Metal Gear Solid 1-4 - amazing storyline, great gameplay, what's not to like?
Devil May Cry 3 - best of the series, imo. Vergil is a boss too.
Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja 5 - again, this was the best game in the Ultimate Ninja series for me. UN3 comes close, though.
