Remember the Titans and Million Dollar Baby. Dodgeball and The Longest Yard are also great too! I'm not a sports movie guy (although Dodgeball rules), but with of all these, it's either the comedy, story, or acting the hooks me in.

Bad News Bears and Brian's Song.

Brian's song is hilarious if you ever watch it, it's not suppose to be but it's so cheesy it's funny. The acting is what makes it hilarious, and it's from like the 70's or 80's so the clothes and stuff are funny. It's about two real life players who played on the Chicago Bears NFL team during that time period.
