Lol it's rare to see me that way. I would have to have my family attacked, be betrayed by someone I care for or see animal/human cruelty happening right before my eyes to make me lose it.

Kids were abusing a squirrel once and when I tried to help it escape, they hit me in the head with the tennis ball they were using to hit the poor thing. I calmly walked over and held out my hand, silently ordering them to hand over the ball, and my expression told them blood would be spilled if they didn't. They gave it to me and I hurled it far over the fence, then watched them scurry off to retrieve it.
