Right now I'm reading a book of ancient Anglo-Saxon Poetry.

Some of the poems are pretty cool. And a lot of them were only found in fragments, so it's interesting to think about what epic poems might exist right beneath our noses, only in small chunks at this point. And some of the poems reference Attila the Hun :D (For those unfamiliar with that period in history, Attila the Hun ended up making his way into eastern Europe, driving the indigenous Germanic tribes, some of which wrote these poems, south into Roman territory. Some at least partially contribute this to Rome's fall.)

'The Body', by the greatest author in the last thousand years...Stephen mother****ing King.

The story takes place during the summer of 1960 in the fictional town of Castle Rock, Maine. A kid named Ray Brower had gone out to pick berries and never returned. Gordie LaChance and his three friends, Chris Chambers, Teddy Duchamp, and Vern Tessio set out to find his body after telling their parents they will be camping out.

A movie has been made about this, propably seen it. It's called 'Stand By Me'.
