Plenty of time? I don't think he had the same leisure as the SH's did during the TS lol. He was claiming territories (new ones & claiming WB's) & DF hunting over the TS.

Well he got to use his new DF. That's my point. He didn't really train theway Luffy did, but he certainly got more proficient. I too think that as of now, he's a tad bit weaker than Big Mom. But that is only until he masters his fruits.(Or until he steals sht again v_v)
