What are the requirements to use Susan'o?

Is it that any one with Mangekyou can use Susano'o? If so then why can't Kakashi use Susano'o and other MS's powers ??
Is it because he's not really from uchiha?

You need MS to use Susanoo and Kakashi cant use it because each eye that has MS has a power. One has visual the other one has Susanno and Kakashi got the visual eye which is why he can Kamui.

one eyes has ninjutsu, one eye has a genjutsu that's what was mentioned. (however shisui's both eyes had genjutsu)

and both itachi and sasuke said that susanoo requires both eyes to be mangekyou sharingan

you need to have the MS activated in both eyes to use susannoo so you need to be a full blooded uchiha basically sorry kaakshi

It requires two MS, but that doesn't mean it is guaranteed, as Obito said it was rare. It that were all it took, it would be the most common MS ability since everyone who awakens MS does it with both eyes.
