On seeing the Above scan link ^ A couple of things came to mind:

1) The moon - Indicated Mugen Tsukyomi
2) The Way the Tree's spiraled toward it - Indicated Tobi's Mask
3) The sudden Change in Time and Location - Tsukyomi/izanagi.

From the moment Obito began seeing things through his Blind eye, in lego form...i figured he was under Madara's Genjutsu.

Madara wasn't hibernating, as many thought...and Obito was there for a while. I guess Madara also observed his constant "Rin and Kakashi" calls, and decided to use them to manipulate him.

Maybe Madara through zetsu, saw the entire Fight and used that memory in a genjutsu on Obito, To Manipulate him into the current psyco that he is.

Getting philosophical here, but i think the blood represents Rin's death, the spiraling to the moon is mugen tsukuyomi and how obito will now strives to cast it on the world (branches spiraling up) and all of these aspects lead to tobi's existence... O_O

I think ...It was evening when obito came to the battlefield but as the fight progressed it became dark ...and that moon and trees is just a co-incidence that it looks like tobi's mask i think that it signifies his eye of the moon plan or maybe madara put him under a genjutsu to explain him his plan
