So far all the nobles weve seen are dumb af what makes you think he's talented? Just because he went to school? Or because his a prince? I mean look what happened to the celestial dragon that luffy punched he's a celestial dragon and preety much i think his well educated since nobles are looking up to them, but he act dumb af and stelly is beginning to become like him.

Yea hes somebody who became a prince. And he seems like a sharp guy. The celestiald ragon that luffy punched was totally different, that guy didn't even seem educated. However, that was a CD not a normal prince.
I'm just surprised at how he became the King of Goaa Kingdom.. thats something not a dumb person can achieve now mate.
