My first answer would be blacks, but having seen parkour videos, white people are very capable of extraordinary athletic feats.
Ultimately, ethnicity doesn't really play a factor though.
And the first American Ninja Warrior is a white guy

Clearly black people, not that others don't have talented athletes. But the amount of black people that are talented in this area compared to others isn't a contest.

But seriously, the only way to even try to have this discussion would be to take a sport that the majority of the worlds population play and compare the races in that sport. That would be soccer and I dont see a racial advantage there.
With other sports its hard. Take baseball as an example. There are alot of hispanics in baseball but not so many in basketball or football. Why? Is because they aren't athletic enough? No its because baseball is a cultral sport for them that they play from a young age.
White Europeans are better weight lifters than Jamaicans, but again I believe its the culture and the emphasis certain groups of ppl place on particular sports. Race in and of itself has nothing to do with it.
Thats like having a discussion on intelligence. Some races tend to appear more intelligent but it has more to do with a cultral expectation to excel in certain intellectual fields. Again race in and of itself has nothing to do with it.

@bold: False. Tons of people from all races try at these sports, including in their own countries where they go pro. And you can still tell an obvious difference in natural ability if you follow sports.

Not to mention the analogy is fail. You're saying an American pass time is apart of the Hispanic culture? What? If anything that would be futbol or soccer that the majority of Latin America has.

This discussion can actually be had, not on NB though without rustlement.
