What are the mini-Juubi clones doing? Also, where are all the Zetsu?

Why is only Obito and Madara currently fighting?

There's multiple mini-Juubi monsters around and plenty of Zetsu soldiers left.

Zetsu are all dead.. why the small juubi things are still around and not sealed in obito i don't know.

I think they came down with a case of fodderosis when Obito became Juubito.

It's unfortunate and really bad timing, but the doctors are trying their best to bring them back.
