What are the funniest things about online gaming?

In my opinion, the funniest things about online gaming is when:

1-People sending you hate mail that contradicts what they said earlier. For example, a person who has 54000 gamerscore and over 80 games in his/her history sending hate mail trys to insult someone who only 2000 gamerscore by saying they have no life.

2-Rage Quitters

3-People who gets caught boosting/lag switching and try to play it off.

What is wrong with people online? Dont they realize that its just a game?

Edit: How often do you get hate mail and it what games? 90% of all my messages is hate mail(40% tekken, 38% Naruto, 19% COD, 3% minecraft).

I once played Halo online and killed a guy three times, he slagged me off on voice chat saying I cheated and sucked and that if he was feeling better he would win, a few days later he sent me a message telling me that I was an excellent player and that he would love to play again with me.

Don't get me started on WoW players..

COD is the worst but most of my hate mail ccomes from fighting games(tekken).

Lol, who's played Fifa here? I was beating some guy 4-1 with an inferior team, and he left at the 75th minute and accused me of having shit connection, wtf? Nothing was happening, he was just shit. And the classic "noob" insult when you just spanked them online.

lol i admit lag can be a problem xD but unlike others i dont rage over it lol i just move on... but the amound of threats and hate mail ive recieved from naruto games is unbelievable -.- lol still very amusing

They have one of the worst comebacks I have seen.. Ever. If I get into a Ranked Match with a player, I usually use Minato as my main. I pick Sage Mode Naruto as a Balanced Support and Jiraya as a Guard. And when I use non-stop shuriken when my substitution bar is low, And I win when his health bar is nearly depleted, This is what I usually get ---> "NOOB, SPAMMING NO LIFE! GO BACK TO XBOX, SPAMMING NOOB! Don't bother replying cause I blocked You! HAA! "

And the funny thing is, It barely does significant damage.

lol ye.. such a bad community on that game xD ... i used minato a lot but i got rubbish with him so changed to kid gaara and hebi sasuke.... and because i can land Kirin almost everytime on someone they get p*ssed xD lol same with gaara when they rush in towards me and end up getting grabbed lol they then spam with shuriken using deidara xD

Oh don't get me wrong, I used to play and I liked the lot I played with on it but some of them are nutters..

lol ye i have been thinking of getting it lately sine i have a lot of friends on there and its a fun game imo however you are right... some of them take the game WAY to seriously and its funny when you have someone shouting orders xD

Same here but I dont rage at all. When you move on the rager always send funny hate mail that makes them look even more stupid.
