[Discussion] What are the chances of Dragon and Shanks working together ?

I don't know but i think that Dragon had some kind of relationship with Roger
because of the one piece 0
at 2:10-2:18
we are 92% sure that is Dragon who has some kind of weather power.

Again we see this happen at Roger execution and a sudden change in the weather
and who is there no one else but my boy Dragon looking pissed off 0:31

So i wouldn't be surprised if Shanks helped Dragon to distract the marines because
he also knew him because he was on Roger's crew.

I like to think the tides was just the luck that always seems to be on Luffy's side. Shanks seems cool with the 5 Elder Dragons, but it looks like Dragon is in direct opposition with them.

I think the chances are slim. Shanks does not participate in anykind of fight or war unless he is deeply motivated.

I highly doubt that. If anything, i get the feeling that Dragon got motivated to create the revolutionary army aka citizen army AFTER seeing Roger's execution.
