What are the best fillers in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden?

I've seen a bunch I liked. I loved the creation of Akatsuki and Kakashi/Itachi Anbu arc, I liked the Power arc, I liked a bunch of the fillers in the war arc like the one with Deidara, the Seven Swordsman, and Shino. I also liked the one where Sasuke wears cat ears. What other fillers are worth my time?

back in the day when i started watching naruto the anime was at episode 142 basically at the beginning of 1.5 years of filler.. i wasn't even familiar with the term filler then though, didn't even know that it's based on manga etc. i just enjoyed every episode, was getting pumped every week to see a new episode.

I like the fillers which have a coherent plot for several episodes, notably the "three-tails'-appearance", the "twelve guardian ninja" and the current "In Naruto's footsteps" arcs (I even googled up their official names=D).
