2 of the 6 paths = 2 parts of the Rikudou/sage of the 6 paths/ or just 6 paths. Notice he did talk about Sage being split in 2 in the previous scan. And then he goes on to say "are now 1". Meaning he now is the Sage of the 6 paths.

Now with the Nagato thing, you have to keep in mind that he considered the power of Uchiha + Senju the power of the Rikudou. With that said Nagato is the third person to wield that power. So third of the 6 paths or third of the Sage of 6 path.

The reason I wanted the other scans was to see what was the context that Obito was talking in. Multiple translations help with that. =D

It's not referring to the Rinnegan paths, but of how the composition of Rikudou via his sons, is personified by a Younger or Elder Son descendant who acquired the abilities of the other bloodline within their own body.

Could it be that the Senju, uchiha and Uzumaki's are all part of the sage's heritage including 3 other unknown clans that make up 6?

I don't think any of the remaining paths have been revealed yet. Uchiha, Senju and Nagato in some way are half of the actual Sage of Six Paths. Actually, indeed, like the others have said, the Nagato path could be meaning the Uzumaki clan. So, Uchiha, Senju and Uzumaki are all only half of Rikudou's essence. This is indeed exciting, I'm also curious to get all this Rikudou Sennin complex explained once for all!
