I am very out of shape, but I used to eat garbage and be fat so at least I don't do that anymore. I was athletic when I was a teenager, I ran and worked out and stuff but then I lost all my muscles.

Arrogance and seeking distraction. I work from home, so I already spend 40 hours a week looking at a screen and I use other screens for entertainment. Leaving me restless and with a lack of focus. Luckily, I workout 5/6 days a week and I've a productive hobby (botany, herborist, food gardening)
