It has to due with the fact that originally all the Akatsuki were intended to be monsters. Zetsu and kisame are the best examples. Kakuzu has multiple hearts, sasori is a puppet, deidara has mouths in his hands etc

He's correct, Kishi said somewhere in an interview that they were intended to be monsters. Tobi, Itachi, and Nagato have nothing inhuman or immortal about them because they were going to be in the story anyway but decided to throw them in the akatsuki and create one evil orginization

About 3 tomoe orochimaru wanted sasuke body when he had 3 tomoe so I Dnt get ur point about wanting EMS he was ready to take his body??
And it's not as if oro couldn't train them to be MS I mean look at Kakashi and he only has 1 eye

It's pretty obvious that they are half brothers.

They have the same human dad. First, their dad ****ed a snake, then Orochimaru was born. Then he ****ed a shark, then Kisame was born.
