He has Kurama with him in BM so if not a 5 in smarts, he should get a 4-4.5
OT: Probably all 5's in almost everything except maybe smarts, seals, and genjutsu. He's genjutsu resistant so I'd still give him a pretty high number.

With Kurama in BM his intelligence is about a good 4.5.
Without him he's probably about at a 3 - 3.5 since he's been getting better (Third Raikage fight, anyone?).
I'd say 5 in everything except seals, intelligence and genjutsu.

I don't read most databooks. But if I had to change it I'd put his intelligence up to about 4 but not any higher.
(His combat intelligence is good but while he's improved greatly since Part 1, his general intelligence isn't the highest out there.)
