Itachi- Left Eye Amateratsu, Right Eye Tskuyomi (Or finger lol)

Obito- Left eye Long Range Kamui, Right Eye Short Range or Phasing

Sasuke- Left Eye Amateratsu, Right Eye manipulate's into Enton

Shisui both eye's are Kota


So what were Madara's since he had susanoo??

That was probably a simple misconception due to the fact that Itachi had gotten Susano'o only after he got Amaterasu and Tsukyomi. Having met no one else with Susano'o, he probably assumed that those were the key items needed for Susano'o. Of course, he knew Shisui, but Shisui never exposed Susano'o to Itachi, never allowing Itachi to figure out that Amaterasu and Tsukyomi aren't necessary to activate Susano'o, with Shisui as his basis for this theory.

No, it is not.
Sasuke does not have Tsukuyomi. He has Amaterasu (left eye) and Enton: Kagutsuchi (right eye). The genjutsu that he used against Bee is not Tsukuyomi.

OT: We don't know. But I find it stupid when people say that his MS abilities were Susanoo and seeing through all kinds of clones. Probably, Madara's MS techniques were so lame that he used other techniques instead, especially Susanno.

He used it against Hashirama and Shukaku.
