What are some food combine you try that some people might find weird that you think is delicious?

Coke mixed with Vanilla & Chocolate Ice cream. It was kinda most weird stuff I consumed.

I'm into foraging, botany and food gardening so I know of quite a few nutritious plants that are commonly seen as worthless weeds. Pretty funny to see the faces when I cook and eat weeds

Raw octopus, raw squid, both with a sweet and sour sauce. Sashimi. Most people around me think I'm nuts. Also raw oysters, caviar, escargot. I don't have any weird combos, just weird things in general. I love almost any Asian cuisine as well as French, obviously.

I like to add mayo to curry dishes.
Fried rice... and mayo,
If its already got a sauce then I don't.
Fish and chips, chowmein, dry curries, burgers etc.
