What anime-related things would you buy or create if you were a billionaire?

What I would buy or create:
1. The gravity machine in DBZ that Goku and the others trained in to become stronger a lot faster. I would hire scientists that has expertise in gravity and some people to blueprint and build the machine. It may be a cheat way to get strong, but it'll be effective nonetheless.

2. I would buy an island and replicate Konoha. Except I wouldn't want to ruin a mountain just to create the Hokage Monument, both out of respect and fear of nature. Nature would get revenge on me if I were to hire people to sculpt giant face into a mountain.

I would definitely make myself richer, then I'd advance technology where I wished it(time machines and universe-altering stuff, even if it wasn't possible, I'd make it).
After that, I'd go back to the beginning of the world, if there was any, and make it so that the world had multiple universes in which each one of them had the characteristics as some of the greatest manga series. Also, I'd add the possibility to leap between these.

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut

Since this is being overly ambitious, I'd just build some of the One Piece ships, as well as reconstruct places existing there and in Naruto(leaf village for example).
