[Question] What anime is it?

I remember watching some anime on Animax like lots of years ago, when I was a bit small. If my memory serves me right, the main guy had some green crystal like powers. I remember a fight scene he used the crystals on the under of his legs like roller skates in order to make his movements faster.

What anime was it? .. I tried to search up but got no result at all.
