If I were you I would watch sword art online and darker than black because most people have recommended them and I think I'm gonna check them out too.

Bleach- classic, however only till the aizen arc
One Piece- no comment, its a ****ing masterpiece^^
Berserk- Well the anime kinda sucks check out the manga!
