What Akatsuki would have been stronger?

Let say the Allied Forces wanted to create their own version of Akatsuki to stop the evil Akatsuki. All characters are up till war arc. No Kages or ridoku characters/Naruto/Sasuke can be in the good Akatsuki.

Evil Akatsuki: Nagato, Sasori, Konan, Itachi, Deidara, Hidan, Kakuzu, Zetsu, Kisame

Good Akatsuki: Kakashi, Kitsuchi, Jiraiya, Darui, Danzo, Killer Bee, Gai, Nii, Mifune

Would the Allied Forces Akatsuki have been stronger? I think yes. They have too many OHKO jutsu the Akatsuki have to defend against: Kamui, Mountain Sandwich, Izanagi/Koto, Bijuu Damas, Afternoon Tiger, Frog Call, etc.

Seems good to me. It's on par with evil akatsuki but can't say they will win. In fact if they can handle nagato, they will win. They have two jins on their side plus jiraya, kakashi and gai. That's one solid team.

It took like 5 Ninjas only to bring down Kakuzu. The Akatsuki was way too OP. They ate Jins for breakfast. Evil Akatsuki wins.

Most of those 5 weren't as tough as these guys though.

We're making a team from the War-arc or of any characters up to war-arc? And which Akatsuki? There were replacements along the time...

Going with the given members of Akatsuki in OP and that no Kage is involved,

Kakashi (War-arc 1MS)
Gai (War-arc min. 7 gates)
Naruto (BSM)
Sasuke (EMS)
Darui (War-arc)
Killer B (War-arc)
Kitsuchi (War-arc)
Chojuro (War-arc)
Kankuro (War-arc w/o Sasori puppet) or Temari (War-arc)
Orochimaru (He didn't change much in Shippuden)

P.S. they can have some useful subordinates for different missions and opponents.

Nagato's fusion with the Gedo Mazu or shutting down CT is the key to victory here.

I'd actually go as far to say the Alliance's members are as a whole much stronger but Akatsuki have more broken techs.
