Obito - already did in away with taking control of Yagura who was a Perfect Jin.
Nagato - Shinra Tensei Example = Konoha
Kisame - Home turf advantage,Bijuu level chakra.
Sasori - said to have Solo'd a small Nation,and he's Taken out like 3-4 Kazekages.
Deidara - C4 blast would of destoryed the Sand Village of Gaara didn't block it.There's also that Bigass suicide explosion technique,which He used against Sasuke cause his Jimmies were super rusted.

Yagura wasn't a perfect jin. Only Bee and Naruto obtained this. But your list is solid minus Kisame and Sasori if we are lmtalking the entire village shunobi and the ones mentioned by OP. They are strong, but numbers can overwhelm.
I was thinking this too. I agree with your answer.
