Pretty confident the Biju are probably inside the CT if not the CT is probably already crumbling due to Sasuke having to stop using his Sharinnegan for the moment which suddenly Sakura is awake and most likely the Bijju aren't in their Genjutsu either.

Considering how Indra's Arrow and Inyoton Rasenshuriken were significantly powerful attacks than the ones they've used back then, Sasuke's Chibaku Tensei has been cancelled and bijuu within them are either dead or free and out for Sasuke's head.

If they hadn't been cancelled by the attacks, wouldn't they end-up reforming again?
Wouldn't this indicate that Naruto and Sasuke's attacks on them were able to disrupt or destroy the Gravity-core in turn cancelling the jutsu?

They would still be caught in CT if CT hasn't been destroyed by the attack.

My statement, based on the assumed destruction of the meteorites and in turn the cancellation of the Chibaku Tensei, clearly indicates the condition at which the beasts may be free.
