Aren't all the divisions of the alliance currently on the battlefield? So what about Genma, Raido, Aoba etc, shouldn't they have been shocked by seeing Obito is 'Madara'? I'm not talking about emotionally, but how the dropout of the academy became the biggest threat the Shinobi world has ever seen. Heck even Shizune was in Obito's year group, she could have been shocked. Not to mention Yamato and Anko when they arrive.

None of them gave a shit about him. Obito I think was pretty unpopular so no one even knows who he is besides Kakashi and his sensei Minato. And by extension, Gai knows him too since he was Kakashi's friend.
