As you all know the forth sealed only half of the nine tails in naruto sooo.... you think that the nine tails will teach naruto how to retern his power

^This. Naruto already has the other half. I thought he released it when he started training under Bee. I think he just recieved the scroll for storage back at the frog mountain. Im not zure though, but i believe he already has all of Kurama's power.
