Your severely uneducated in terms of the manga if you didn't know Hashirama had severl tailed beast in his possesion at one time, and before you make another uneducated statement He didn't have them grazing in his back yard. :|

@pretapath your argument is ignorant the kage he just stated would win. you really assume none of those kage have sealing techs? why would any of them have to have shown them? most of them were edos. when we saw them fight so they wouldn't have to use sealing. Really just gotta say it again you believe that five of some of the best kage ever have no sealing people like you who assume everyone's weak as hell just because we've barely seen anything from them are annoying as hell. Hey why don't we assume hashirama can't do a transformation jutsu because we haven't seen it eventhough its the most basic ninjutsu there is and academy students can do but we haven't seen it so it was obviously far beyond him. go play with madaras balls elsewhere

I highly doubt the other generations of kages would have done better, well except hashi, but the other Generation of kages would not have succeeded because Madara was An EDO, and they didnt have any medical ninja's

off course they would lose.. they are fought an immortal with unlimited chakra Madara with Rinnegan and Wood Release KG.. i don't think any other generation of Kages would win against someone like that.. but, let us not forget, Madara himself, acknowledged their power and said that they are worthy of the "Kage" name.. plus, i don't think we have seen the last of them.. i bet that they'll be back and since the now know how Madara fights, they'll be able to find a way to counter him.. let's just wait..

They are not weak..... Madara is simply TOO STRONG
