If Bleach stops being ranked in the "Cancellation Section" of Shonen Jump magazine almost every week in Japan...then maybe the anime will return.

It got cancelled due to really low ratings in the first place.

Whenever some anime company decides they can make tons of money by bringing Bleach back, it will happen.
