Remember, there is still 1 Zetsu left to sacrifice (there were 6 in the beginning)... Orochimaru used 4 for Edo Tensei the Hokages and 1 for himself so that he can use his whole body (arms) again.

There is 1 Zetsu left... I think he will be used (hoping on Jiraiya).

I think that it will be izuna , jiraiya had no retrievable DNA according to kabuto (unless it was a part of his mind games)
izuna would be a good trump card because having MS and as an EDO is formiddable and a great way to stop madara , preferably i would love to see jiraiya , simply so he knows naruto surpassed him and can control the 9 tails power

Good thinking, BUT Orochimaru does has DNA from Jiraiya. They were friends for long and they battled each other at part 1. Never underestimate Oro!

it can never be jiraiya because there is no time for orochimaru to go to the bottom of the sea where the water current is high even kabuto testified to that and i think oro died before jiraiya so there is no way oro would have gotten his dna

yeah, positive. If you reread the manga it kinda of shows it. Plus i mean if Sasuke wants senju DNA he can go to two different sources.... Orochimaru or Obito. so Either way hes set if he does absorb the zetsu, which he didnt

What if Orochimaru likes Zetzu clones as bodies after a while? He might be able to use wood jutsu as well. He experimented on it before but now he is in one. If he finds other kinds of power by using a Zetsu, he might continue cultivating and improving the Zetsus instead of looking at killing others. What if he does call Jiraiya sensei to tell him that he is was right about the child of prophesy and that he was no longer interested on destroying the Leaf; go ahead a help our savior, Naruto.
