How strong do you think he is?
He's got one of Hashi's strongest without even using sage mode (on a much weaker scale of course).
In one chapter he jumped significantly in levels eh?

Where would he go now? Top 10? 20? 30? Low Kage level?
IMO he solo's all of Konoha 11 except Naruto and Sasuke. Low Kage/High Jonin level easily.

While we're at this, why do some people think there is someone inside spiral zetsu?

It's not that. We knew that already. But breathing lightning isn't normal. We've never seen that from a person before.

It shouldn't be difficult to do if you're an adept lightning user. Even one of Kakuzu's masks did it before (see spoiler).

The part after the edit is what really gives it away.

OT: But he's very strong. It's hard to say how strong exactly, but he's taking on the Gokage, K11 and some random ninjas with seemingly no problem. But then again, he is at full power and none of them are so it's kind of hard to gauge.

Shouldn't be that different from breathing fire, and we've seen earth come from people's mouths before. Everything has a first time to be shown, this was it.

I think he's top 15. That's a dangerous tech he's got, and likely not the only one. Even Oro is currently wary of him.

I dont think the spiral zetsu casted that sage art jutsu, it seems more like Madara did it and left spiral zetsu in charge of it.

Top 20 can't take out 5 kages and fight Edo Hiruzen to a standstill, along with other shinobi alliance all at once.

He's easily top 10
