Why didn't Obito just make it his goal to get the rinnegan and ressurect Rin, then kill Kakashi.
Re-birth technique doesn't kill you does it, just if you use it without enough Chakra right?
if not, why didn't he have Pain ressurect her even Madara when he was on his deathbed?

I really hope that Rin isn't the main reason, hopefully Obito is holding back info.

We dont have much info 'bout Gedou Rinne Tensei so far... it might be useable just once, who knows? For all that we know there might be more to the Rinnegan anyways, because Tobi/Obito didnt use it against Naruto do dodge his attacks. I mean, if he was able to use it atm, he would do so, but he doesnt. There might be more limitations to Rinnegan than we know yet.

well it's atleast within a few hours, and Obito became evil pretty dam fast, he must have known about Rin's death very soon after it happened
