What 5 characters are best at there one element?

With all the 5 elements who does that best with each? Strongest and most versatile and only one character per element.

Sasuke(fire) - for his control over amateratsu

Danzo(wind) - i know wind rasangen is more powerful then anything danzo has but i think he can counter and handle more situations with his wind style

Kabuto(earth) - organic reanimation. If that doesnt count as earth style than oonoki for obvious reasons

2nd mizukage(water) - not only is he apart of the hozuki clan but he also is a very dangerous water style user with his genjutsu and streaing danger tyranny.

3rd raikage(lightning) - because i picked sasuke for fire i choose him for lightning. He uses black lightning, died fighting an army of 1000 and i believe he injured a tailed beast or tanked a tailed beast(or both i dont remember) And while he mainly uses lightning style for taijutsu he is still using the element.

What do you think? And people like harashima do not count as he doesnt use any earth or water style ninjutsu

Fire - Sasuke with his enton manipulation
Wind - Naruto was stated to have the strongest wind jutsu in the alliance
Earth - Kitsuchi with his earth sandwich thing
Water - Kisame easily
Lightning - 3rd raikage with ration spear, armour and black lightning

Why doesn't almost nobody say Kitsuchi in earth style, he is the only one to show juubi sized earth style (actually only he, Madara, Obito and Hashirama have shown juubi sized jutsus)

its been confirmed for along time now that tobirama is the best water style user. even without being brought with his full power he was able to perform high level style water jutsu which lack a water source and whith only 1 to no seals at all
