What’s the difference between Madara’s and Sasuke’s eye?

They both have the same amount of tomoes.

All three ripples have tomoes on them, but Madara’s was unable to actually open unless he got close to the moon, and he says that it only opens to reflect on the moon. Unless I’m misinterpreting it and it means that it’s the only eye that can actually reflect on it.

Either way, would the eyes have the same power, or are they somehow different? Would Sasuke be immune to Infinite Tsukiyomi?

I'm not sure but Sasuke after using his teleportation Jutsu seemed to eventually loose three of the tomoes, if you look closely he only has six now.

My guess is that Sasuke's is a Rinnengan he where as Madara's is the sharingan. Its kind of odd, but I am thinking Sasuke's eyes are meant to separate the powers of the original 9 tomoe sharingan. That could be why Kishi keeps drawings Sasuke with 6 tomoe in his Rinnengan. 3T sharingan+6T Rinnengan. This is all still speculation though.

Probably same eye. Otherwise kishi should have no problem giving sasuke two eyes

So far it looks the same. Sasuke's loses 3 tomoe every time he teleports but he can regenerate them with time.

Madara can probably activate it anywhere. He only flew a few miles into the air, that doesn't really make a difference in the distance between him and the moon considering the moon is hundreds of thousands of miles away. We are yet to see what powers they contain

But I believe they possess the same eye only Sasuke's isn't as powerful since he doesn't host the Juubi within him or has Hashi DNA
