What´s the strongest kekkei genkai?

Nagato is an Uzumaki and Madara is an Uchiha sooo that blows your theory out of the water i mean you can play the oh Uzumaki are related to the Senju who are descendants of the sage of six paths who had the rinnegan and his other son started the Uchiha bloodline but even then it would be extremely diluted also the fact Nagato was born with it while Madara had to get the final Sharingan then get it but even then you can't say it's limited to a bloodline

You also forget that Obito claimed to have given Nagato the Rinnegan when posing as Madara and that the real Madara obviously knew Nagato, which substantiates Obito's claim. Even if Nagato awakened it naturally (unlikely) the Rinnegan hasn't been shown to appear in anybody not in the sages bloodline. So it IS limited to a bloodline.
