Well it depends, I have both and the story for road to boruto is kinda trash because it's just rehash, but it's worth it for the updated adult sasuke and naruto, One Piece is fun but not many play it online anymore.

if i was you Id get a ps4 and boruto then since the game is new and id look at the ps store weekly to see whether one piece is on sale. its been on sale for 15€ many times a few weeks ago
