Nothing happened between Sasuke and Karin supposedly. They still must be friends/comrades. Because Sakura is Sasuke's wife and the biological mother of Sarada.

New posting here... But I read that Sakura left the village to be with sasuke for the birth of sarada after somehow becoming weakened before/near the child's birth she had to bite karins arm that's how she has karins dna I believe this may be a legit story
